Processing

  1. Your order by phone, email, faximile or by the automated webshop gets an confirmation as soon as possible. Due to the very dynamic pricing we recommend the order by phone. During your order you can use our Webshop pricelist.
  2. After our confirmation your order will be mandatory. The contracted price will be valid for both sides, even the market price will change.
  3. You receive an confirmation of your order which is also an interim invoice. This invoice includes the forwarding charges.
  4. You transfer the invoiced amount within 3 days on our account.
  5. After the invoiced amount is credited on our account, we deliver the article within the next day.
